This book is ok, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it. It has a couple of well writen parts, but overall, nothing in it is new. It’s worth the read if you are at the Libary and need something to read. I can sumurize it up right now…….”Play aggressive”.

but maybe I am not a good enough player to realize how good this book is. It has plenty of interesting ideas and a more aggressive style of play than most. This is the value. I have tried the suggestions and have done nothing but lose money with them. I recommend buying this book and thinking a lot about the ideas but don’t jump in too quickly as his aggressive suggestions are difficult for an average player to handle. Knowing about this aggressive thought process can come in handy if you are more old-school conservative like myself.

The author teaches a lot of good strategy, and aggressive play techniques. Goes into enough detail that explains what he is saying, without boring the reader. Well written, and presented. This is the best Texas Hold’em book I’ve seen, do yourself a favor and pick it up.
If you want to improve your Texas Hold’em game, I would strongly suggest this book.
